Phytgital Services
Overview of Phygital Services
Core Services
Core services serve as the primary interface for phygitalization. When an NFC chip is scanned, it resolves to these core services by default, providing the main functionalities associated with the physical object. These services include:
Authentication and Verification: Ensuring the authenticity of the physical object by validating the NFC chip against the PAL protocol.
Ownership Tracking: Allowing users to track the ownership history and current status of the physical object.
Primary Digital Experience: Delivering the main digital content or experience tied to the physical object, such as exclusive media, product information, or interactive features.
Additional Services
Additional services provide supplementary functionalities that enhance the value of the NFC chip but do not resolve by default. These services can be accessed through specialized clients and include:
Attestation Services: Providing detailed proof of authenticity and certification for the physical object, which can be useful for high-value items or collectibles.
Extended Ownership Management: Offering advanced features for managing multiple owners, transfers, and shared ownership scenarios.
Custom Digital Experiences: Allowing creators and artists to link additional, bespoke digital content to the NFC chip, accessible through dedicated apps or platforms.
Maintenance and Support Services: Enabling users to access support information, warranty services, and maintenance records for the physical object.
Community and Social Interaction: Facilitating connections between owners and enthusiasts of similar phygital objects, creating a community around the product.
These additional services enrich the user experience and provide a comprehensive suite of tools and features that leverage the full potential of the PAL network.
